Outstanding. I'm there for you on whenever you move this to a paid model, and whatever meagre pull I have in promoting.

Ka-Zar was a phenomenal read - which for me is saying something because I'm not a Ka-Zar guy. He's never landed. This was fun, and dark and beautiful. I've been putting it into people's hands all day, and happy Marvel had a preview PDF for retailers on this one.

Cheers, Brandon! The paid subscription is something that I feel weird doing but I really want to make it a community based thing as well as a space for cool experiments in storytelling. Happy to hear you're on board.

The response to Ka-Zar has been really something else and I can't thank you enough getting into people's hands! There's a little something hitting Retailers early next week that should have a preview of #2.

Wasn't sure what to expect with the move but I'm glad to hear you and Lonnie have another project together

I reckon Lonnie and I will always have something we're working on. We've been writing together fuck... 8 years now? There's no real stopping anytime soon.

Great newsletter man! I'm a big fan of block scheduling my day as well. Makes it so much easier to focus on the task at hand. As for deadlines and managing upcoming events I use a pretty intricate 'silent' alert system I've built in Google Calendar. It reminds me about projects at certain points in the process where I should be and how long I have left. It might not work for most, but it works for me. However I do like the system you exemplified above.

As for KA-ZAR, I'm in the process of pitching it to my friends and fellow reviewer types. I love what you have been showing off in the newsletter and even though I am going in as a blank slate, I'm excited to learn about this character and the world you've built for this series. Can't wait to get my hands on it this week.

As an aside, I really appreciate how these two lines flow together. "Thanks to climate change, we exist the middle of an era that feels both incredibly surreal and all-encompassing." followed shortly by "If you’re struggling with the blazing fires on the west coast, and the hurricanes pounding the east coast..." I'm not literary genius but I think that is just good writing. You gave me a metaphorical middle as well as a literal middle. Maybe that is just me.

Congrats on all the success and the recent move! I love the newletter, and your writing obviously, so keep it up and I can't wait for the next one!
